Her practice is focused on advising clients on IP/IT, trademark, copyright, audiovisual rights, unfair competition, new technologies, contract law, advertising law and e-commerce.

Main cases in which she has participated:

– Preparation, drafting and review of contracts relating to intellectual and industrial property rights, distribution, sponsorship and collaboration agreements.
– Advising on data protection issues and the use of Artificial Intelligence in accordance with the applicable regulations.
-Preparation of legal bases, and review of contracts and disclaimers in the field of advertising law, for promotions
-Advising on commercial and corporate law and issues related to unfair competition.
