Gabriele comienza su carrera en 1999 en un despacho de abogados italiano donde ejerci\u00f3 hasta junio de 2000, momento en el que se incorpora a EDISONTEL, start-up de telecomunicaciones del grupo FIAT, donde estuvo involucrado en el asesoramiento societario al consejo de administraci\u00f3n y contractual al equipo de wholesale de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. En enero de 2002 se muda a Espa\u00f1a y se incorpora a EJASO donde estuvo asesorando a empresas medianas en aspectos societarios y contractuales. En marzo de 2006 se une al departamento mercantil de GARRIGUES, formando parte tambi\u00e9n del Italian Desk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Desde que ejerce en Espa\u00f1a, Gabriele ha asesorado a m\u00e1s de veinte compa\u00f1\u00edas italianas en el establecimiento en Espa\u00f1a de sus sucursales\/filiales, encarg\u00e1ndose de todos los aspectos societarios y contractuales relacionados con la constituci\u00f3n y su consiguiente actividad comercial. Asimismo, ha colaborado con compa\u00f1\u00edas espa\u00f1olas en su entrada en el mercado italiano y ha participado en variadas operaciones de M&A, asesorando a compa\u00f1\u00edas nacionales y multinacionales as\u00ed como a fondos de private equity. Tambi\u00e9n cuenta con amplia experiencia en el asesoramiento a start-up y en todo tipo de contratos comerciales.<\/p>\n

Gabriele asesora tambi\u00e9n a promotoras activas en el sector de las energ\u00edas renovables y tiene dilatada experiencia en contratos EPC, O&M y en operaciones de compraventa de proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables.<\/p>\n

Gabriele es docente en algunos master impartidos por ISDE y CEF.<\/p>\n
