Legal advisory services in corporate and commercial matters to both national and multinational clients, focusing on the execution of M&A transactions of all types.<\/p>\n

His daily practice includes the drafting and management of teams in Due Diligence procedures, the elaboration of preliminary documents for any M&A operation, the drafting and negotiation of SPA, SHA, and the management and execution of Closings and post Closings, as well as the redaction, revision and assessment in contractual matters in the civil and commercial sectors.<\/p>\n

In addition, he regularly takes part in the secretariat of different types of companies.<\/p>\n

His experience includes frequent advisory to companies in a wide range of sectors, from the medical-health, logistics and energy sectors to the service sector.<\/p>\n

To complement his commercial practice, I\u00f1igo also develops his work in the insolvency and restructuring fields, both from the point of view of the Bankruptcy Receiver as well as the debtor or creditor, acting in pre-insolvency, insolvency and restructuring procedures both at a national and international level.<\/p>\n
