Andrés Herzog


Andrés specializes in litigation and arbitration. He has extensive experience in civil and commercial lawsuits, mainly in litigation between companies in disputes relating to breach of contract, unfair competition, real estate, construction and banking law. He has intervened in class-actions against economic crimes in before the National High Court.

Andrés has ten years’ experience in the Litigation and Arbitration area with Garrigues. In 2008, he spent six months on a secondment in London at the English law firm Norton Rose LLP (now Norton Rose Fulbright), where he worked in the Dispute Resolution Department (DRD).

He then decided to embark on new personal and professional experiences, working as a coordinator of a parliamentary group in the Congress during a legislature (2011-2015).

In 2015, he joined Fourlaw as a partner to head the litigation and arbitration practice.

He regularly participates in courses, seminars and lectures on different aspects of the legal framework against corruption and other issues related to public matters. He also contributes to several publications on a regular basis.
