Career

Francisco began his career in law and worked for more than ten years at Garrigues (Madrid and Barcelona), in the mergers and acquisitions and corporate law department. He has also worked as a consultant in Geneva (Switzerland) for the International Trade Centre of the World Trade Organization.

He is regularly involved in venture capital and investment transactions, both nationally and internationally, as well as in the structuring of financial vehicles and joint ventures. He also has experience in the field of industrial and engineering projects in the renewable energy, sustainability and energy efficiency sectors. Francisco has also worked extensively in advising multinational companies and in the globalization of Spanish companies.

He acts as a non-member secretary of boards of directors, advising on corporate matters and regulatory compliance.
