Also with corporate groups, tax consolidation, restructuring operations, international taxation, double taxation avoidance mechanisms, real estate transactions, employee compensation systems, VAT and local taxes.

The usual practice extends both to the previous phase of advice, planning, resolution of doubts in tax matters or preparation of reports and opinions as well as the preparation of returns, as well as the subsequent defense of the client in management and inspection procedures and claims in administrative and contentious proceedings.
